Neri was the pupil of his father Bicci di Lorenzo and was influenced by the works of <a href=" https://findartvalue.com/artist/fra-da-fiesole-angelico">Fra Angelico</a> and <a href=" https://findartvalue.com/artist/fra-filippo-di-tomaso-lippi">Fra Filippo Lippi</a>.
